Steep 2 Tbsp in 12 oz hot water for 5-30 minutes. Then add this infusion to the bath water. To enhance the experience, sing or play soft music while mindfully bathing your baby.
To preserve medicinal properties, please use water below boiling. 80C- 95 C (180 F- 204F). You can re-use the plant material for multiple subsequent brewing. Just gradually increase the steeping time.
