Steep 1-2 Tbsp in 12 oz hot water for 4-6 minutes. To preserve medicinal properties, please use water BELOW boiling. 80C- 91 C (180 F- 195F). You can re-use the plant material for multiple subsequent brewings. Just gradually increase the steeping time.
