Steep 1 to 2 Tbsp in 8-12 oz hot water for 3-5 minutes.
To preserve medicinal properties, please use water below boiling. 80C- 95 C (180 F- 204F).
You can re-use the plant material for multiple subsequent brewings. Just gradually increase the steeping time.
